very nicely drawn design of bold floral sprays around cusped floral medallion with pendants. Linked ivory floral spandrels. In stylised broad floral border between flowering vine and plains stripes. This carpet has slight localized wear on the field and cord edges. Old repiling at one cord side edge. Selvages and ends original. Well balanced colours. Very fine weave, approx: 7 x 7 knots per sq.cm. In General this carpet is in good usable condition, imperfections do reflect in an estimate. Very good furnishing piece. Bold appearance.
