A VICENTE ET CIE PINK AND WHITE MARBLE CLOCK GARNITURE WITH URNS, FRENCH, LATE 19TH CENTURY, retailed by Ponti Frères à Lyon, in the Neoclassical taste, a pinecone finial topped urn mounted within scrolling acanthine handles, over a barrel drum works, the glazed convex glazed window opening to an enameled Arabic numeral dial, the back door opening to reveal clockworks stamped Vicente & Cie. Medaille d'Argent 1855, model numbers 263, 6 and 9, issuing flower garlands and festoon, flanked by harps and pinecone finials raised on Corinthian style columns issued from Italian style urns, raised on a plinth base with pearl bead trim, centering an ormolu flowering basket and tendril mount, raised on disc feet on French toes, the two pinecone and wreath topped urns on square plinth bases, clock height: 16 1/2", width: 8 1/2", depth: 5 1/4". Dimensions: Condition Report: A repair to handles, some wear on dial, replaced hands, possibly replaced pendulum, glue residue and repairs, surface soil, unknown working condition, but overall in good condition, wear commensurate with age.
