A VICTORIAN SILVER CHANGEABLE SEVEN-LIGHT CANDELABRUM AND EPERGNE MARK OF JOSEPH ANGELL II, LONDON, 1858

On a tripartite base with scrolled shell and acanthus supports, engraved around the base with monogram AHF, a coat-of-arms, and the inscription Presented to Alexander Holdane Farquharson Esq. of Invercauld and Miss Zoe Musgrave on the occasion of their marriage by the Tenantry Feuars and Employees on the estate 16 January 1893, the stem of two twisting branches with further removable twisting leafy branches with grape clusters, supporting three double spiral branches supporting either candle sconces or cut glass bowls, the center with interchangeable raised light, or basket with cut glass bowl, with an original iron bound wood chest with brass plaque inscribed A. H. Farquharson Esq., marked throughout
