A VICTORIAN SILVER-MOUNTED 'ROCK CRYSTAL' CLARET JUG
by Charles Edwards, London 1898, the ovoid glass body possibly by Stevens & Williams, Stourbridge, cut to depict a cherub chasing butterflies, a spider's web, cornucopia and scrolling foliage, the reserve with prunus blossom, the silver mount with a hinged domed cover and scroll handle, chased with scrolls. 27cm high
The hallmarks are clear. The glass is in good condition without damage. Some surface wear to the silver but generally in good condition.
