The central octagonal mirror plate has the surrounding etched glass panels have darkened spots and one panel has a large radiating crack with a central piece of glass missing. There are some losses to the gold painted framework. The beaded elements are intact but some of the smaller pieces are either missing on not attached. Signs of restoration overall.
