A Victorian Pteridomania carved walnut and upholstered sofa, probably Irish, circa 1870,: the toprail of the button upholstered backrest with cental carved palm fronds flanked by ferns, the armrest fronts with scroll carved tops above recessed guilloche, above short legs to scrolled feet, on castors, 90cm high, 190cm wide; and a carved walnut and upholstered chair en suite *Notes These are en suite to the seat furniture in lot 1705 *Provenance.
