Provenance:
Owned by Ernest Alfred Bowen. Bowen was a successful Jockey who was born in Worcestershire in 1871 and apprenticed in Newmarket. Bowen saw success at Newmarket and Egmont and so was hired to jockey on the French circuit where he has considerable success during his career.
