Fully marked underneath. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a very minor softening to the high points and engraving. There are some minor pin-dents. Perhaps erased with the centre feeling slightly thin. Sits flat when placed on a level surface.
