A Victorian diamond and garnet locket pendant, circa 1870, the lobed panel set with shaped cabochon garnets, with rose cut diamond accents, to closed back foiled settings and a circular glazed compartment verso, suspending a pear shaped cabochon garnet drop, with a garnet set bale, 5.5cm long including bale, suspended from a snake link necklace, 40cm long
The garnet drop has been resoldered at the top. There is some scuffing to the garnets, no cracks or large chips. Chain appears to be in good condition, but unable to look at the between links for thinning, clasp in good working order.
