A Victorian pine and sycamore dresser base, late 19th century, of 'farmhouse' proportion 91cm high, 220cm wide, 47cm deepCondition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and useOld splits and cracks, chips and losses, there are old woodworm holes throughout, there are old losses and repairs to some elements - especially along the rear edge of the top. There are two areas of later inset timber probably to cover where a plate-rack has been sited.The handles appear to be original, The doors each with a swivelling locking wing-nut, there are probably original in the absence of any further locks.
