Slightly bombé-form heart medallion, glazed on the reverse. The bail and pierced locket pavé-set with 35 mixed-cut diamonds (totalling ca. 1.85 ct, K/L, p) and a central old pear-cut diamond (ca. 2.70 ct, K/L, p). Not hallmarked. 2.4 x 2.3 cm. Weight 7.32 g.
