A Visor Cap for Allgemeine SS OfficerCap professionally upgraded from enlisted to officer, body in black tricot wool, modified/added black velvet cap band, white piping, silver-aluminum chin cords attached by two silver finished pebbled buttons. Silver finished metal eagle and skull, black lacquered visor with orange-brown checkered underside and black SS/RZM stamp. Orange-brown color oil cloth lining, gold foil runes and size "57" impressed underneath intact moisture shield with woven black SS/RZM tag. Brown leather sweatband, black oil cloth SS/RZM tag and original inventory price tag underneath. Manufactured by Isken, Köln, ca. 1935-36. Published in the Shea/Beaver book.
