from the 'Herculaneum Figures' series, applied in high relief with the figure of a classical maiden playing a tambourine, with a gilt and ebonized wood frame, impressed uppercase WEDGWOOD & BENTLEY.

Please note: the plaque has not been examined out of the frame. There is a firing related haircrack across the torso of the figure just above the drapery. Otherwise, in generally good condition.
