A WUCAI 'BIRD AND PEONIES' JAR
Shunzhi
The rounded sides rising to a tapered unglazed neck, vividly decorated in the round in green, yellow and red enamels and underglaze blue to depict three pairs of birds and a pair of butterflies perched on and around a branch of flowering peonies emerging alongside bamboo from behind rocks.
