A WWII Coastal Command RAF Irvin flying jacket,
having yellow painted under hood, size 4, 4718 jacket
The jacket belonged to Annabel Jarvis, who, along with her husband Peter, leads 'The Bedford Microlight Club'. In 2012, the couple were awarded the RAeC certificate of appreciation for services to the microlight community, including travelling 200 miles off course to rescue a fellow pilot who was forced to deploy his ballistic parachute, landing in a forest and damaging his aircraft.
