The Property of Yasuko and Maury Kraines, Beverly Hills, California. Dimensions: Condition Report: Structurally sound. With an overall medium honey color to the richly figured timber. Base somewhat darker than top. Leather writing surface replaced. Top with steel rod fitting into stem. Not affixed. Top rotates. General marks, nicks, scratches, cracking, lifting, losses, patched and overpainted restoration to timber overall. With scars to frieze around pull mounts. Two lacking. One drawer with loss of timber to frieze. Fittings to drawer may be later additions. Some cracking to moldings and loss of timber to base. No key.
