"A Kongo ceremonial scepter
the faceted ridged handle supporting two opposed seated figures, each with slender torsos and arms protruding from the torso and grasping a horizontal cylindrical section emanating from the shoulders, the elongated heads beneath a shared elliptical platform supporting a large spherical form; varied medium brown patina 'EG' on the underside of the seat.
