A beautiful Byzantine bronze reliquary cross, c. 9th - 12th Century AD, comprised of two halves with a suspension loop, one side depicts the crucified Christ, cross above, and the opposite side depicts the Virgin Orans. 5.2 x 2.5 cm. Very well preserved with great detail. Ex Los Angeles private collection.
