A beautiful Roman glass cup
A beautiful Roman glass cup, 1st Century AD, in near colorless glass, the vessel is beautifully formed with indented bottom, near vertical walls with flared mouth and rounded rim. On the outside just below the rim is a horizontal trail in the same color and the body. 3 5/8 x 3 1/8 in (9.2 x 7.9 cm). Surface deposits and light iridescence. Orange County private collection.
