A cased set of six late Victorian silver teaspoons, with foliate decoration to handle, surrounding a plain cartouche, hallmarked James Deakin & Sons, Sheffield 1896. Together with a cased and matched set of silver rat-tail tea or coffee spoons and matched sugar tongs, hallmarked with various dates and maker's marks. Silver weight 9.6 ozt (299 grams).

Condition Report:
- In general good condition, displaying surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
- All hallmark's and maker's marks clear and legible.
- Some areas of polish residue in maker's marks which makes some appear difficult to read.
- Both cases used and worn, but clasps in working order.
- Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
