In the booklet is important Chabad material. Among other things: letters of the Chabad rebbe about the yeshiva, an assessment of the establishment and development of the yeshiva and its activities, a list of supporters and employers of the yeshiva, yartzites of the yeshiva members, and more. Calendar of the year 5697 (1937-1938),

At the beginning of the booklet was bound (in the original) a small photograph of the students and rabbis of the yeshiva, "the community under the presidency of the "Admo"r Shalita" the Rayat"z.
The Yeshiva was founded in Lubavitch in 1897.
A "memorial offering for yeshiva supporters" was given. Edited and arranged by the yeshiva secretary Rabbi Kagan. typeset in the 'Hutner' typesettinge in Warsaw.
