the ovoid vase with slightly everted neck and foot, copper and gilt-copper mounts, decorated in coloured cloisonné enamels and various thicknesses of silver wire on a deep blue ground, with a variety of large butterflies and moths in flight, the neck with bands of interlocking lappets, the rim and foot with scrollwork
