Meiji period, late 19th century,
the tall vase slightly tapering towards the foot with everted neck, copper gilt mounts, decorated in coloured cloisonné enamels and worked in various thicknesses of silver wire, with pigeons in the branches of a cherry tree in full blossom on a grey ground
