A collection of eight various scent bottles, comprising: a silver encased cylindrical, probably by Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham 1889, in a leather covered case; two small all silver, one oval by A. & J. Zimmerman, Birmingham 1926, the other circular by Saunders & Shepherd, Birmingham 1886; cut glass cylindrical with a plain silver cap, Birmingham 1895; an amber flash example with an unmarked amber enamelled cover; cut glass flattened oval, the cover white enamelled, stamped 935; blue glass with gold paint and one in pink flashed glass and facetted, 9cm (3 1/2in) long

Scuffing and losses to leather case 1889 - silver engraving crisp, split on cover, glass cracked, stopper fine 1926 - dents in cover 1886 - mark worn, fine 1895 - minor chips, dent in cap, initialled E Amber - shallow chip to enamel, glass good 935 - good condition Blue - minor rubbing, good Pink - ripple in topped whilst made
