comprising a cow horn mull incised with scrimshaw work with panels of snakes, a fish, birds and plants within geometric borders the dated 1843, a Scottish brass mounted horn snuff mull with butterfly hinge c.1800, a French rectangular bone snuff box c.1800, the lid carved in low relief with a flower basket and crossed spade and rake, a circular pressed horn love box, the lid centred with roundel containing twin flaming hearts pierced with an arrow over initials M.R, the base inscribed John Johnson, Grenadier 1878, an oval silver snuff box, unmarked, the lid mounted with mother of pearl, a mussel shell snuff box and a hoof snuff box with plated metal fittings, (7)

first length 12cm.

Condition: First owners name has been erased or very worn. others is condition commensurate with age. Silver snuff box the base panel is detached and needs to be resoldered to frame
