Condition Report: Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Localized areas of heavier wear to the feet. The upholstered seat with scattered pulled stitches, fraying, and losses to the weft toward the front. Adhesive felt pads to feet.
