A continental spoon, possibly for Oysters, the pierced and fluted shell bowl leading to a tapered beaded handle, marked to the bowl 800 alongside a further indistinct mark, length measuring 8 2/8 inches (21 cm). Together with four ivory handled servers, including two knives, a fork and spoon, each with bright-cut engraved foliate motifs, two marked with a crowed head in between the letters 'B P' alongside the number '6' in a square cartouche, other two appear unmarked. (5). In fair condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The prongs on the fork are quite bent. One of the knives and the spoon are marked with the crowed head in between the letters 'B P' alongside the number '6' in a square cartouche.
