Two-stage Damascus barrel, octagonal then round and sturdy after a cut baluster, with micro-rifled bore in 17 mm calibre. At the breech ornamental inlays in gold and silver (minor flaw). Gold-lined vent hole. Beautifully cut flintlock with cock safety, the lock plate signed "ANDREAS GEBAUER KIOBNHAVN". Walnut full stock with elaborately carved rocailles and horn nose, the cheek rest with star inlaid in bone and black horn. Bronze furniture punched with rocailles in relief. Original wooden ramrod with horn tip. Length 132.5 cm.
