A decorative ceramic amphora from the Holy Land, c. 1st Millennium BC, thin, narrow vessel with 5 decorative loops running down either side of the body, geometric decoration in brown slip on body and base of neck. H: 6 3/4 in (17.2cm). A very interesting shape with light surface deposits. Ex Brauns collection, Southern California.
