A diamond dress ring. Of oval outline, the graduated old-cut diamond line, with similarly-cut diamond surround, openwork gallery and tapered shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 7.50 to 8cts, principal diamonds estimated H-J colour, SI clarity. Ring size N1/2. Weight 7.6gms. Purchasing information Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Ring appears to have been recently polished to a high finish. Principal diamond weight 1.40cts. Diamonds fairly well matched. Diamonds bright.

Diamonds are vari-shape and size old cuts. Some diamonds appear to have slightly more tint of colour than others, possibly due to setting graded within limitations. Principal diamonds with scattered, eye visible inclusions, some dark, some with minor nicks and chips to the girdle and facet edges. Length of ring head 3.6cms.
