signed 'A.Cain', also bearing Susse Freres, Paris signature, foundry stamp and further stamped '37' to rear of base, finely detailed mascot in 'cire-perdue' cast bronze, depicting a resplendent crowing cockerel, complete with Hotchkiss-Paris emblem to base, the hollow base with twin stud for correct position mounting, 16cm high, mounted on a turned wooden display base and offered together with original bronze radiator cap.
