A fine Kingscale Gauge 3 live steam streamliner model of a LMS Princess Coronation Class 4-6-2 tender locomotive No 6227 ‘Duchess of Devonshire’

A fine Kingscale Gauge 3 live steam streamliner model of a LMS Princess Coronation Class 4-6-2 tender locomotive No 6227 Duchess of Devonshire, the silver soldered copper boiler being gas fired and of multi-flue design with fittings including pressure gauge, water sight-glass, regulator and folding cab-side doors. Other features include cylinder drain pipes, sprung axles, axle pump, hand pump and lubricator. The model built in 1/22 scale and finished in crimson and gold lined livery. Total length 103cm. Cab width 13cm.

Boiler History: Boiler number SC012. Gas tank number SCG012. Boiler constructed in September 2014. Original boiler hydraulic test certificate from Silver Crest Models Ltd. Dated the 3rd November 2014.
