dating: Period (1603-1867) provenance: Japan, Iron hachi with low comb decorated in Katakiri Bori style, represented by a monkey with its cub under a tree with silver and golden leaves, another monkey on the opposite side and similar decorations. Riveted mabizashi, engraved and with a base for maedate. Fukigaeshi lacquered in black. Five-plated, lacquqered shikoro (small parts missing). Internal part in blue fabric.
