A fine, signed copy in jacket
BRADBURY, RAY
Fahrenheit 451. New York: Ballantine Books, Inc., [1953]. First hardcover edition, signed by Bradbury on the front blank. Publisher's red cloth stamped in gold, in original unclipped dust jacket, housed in a custom red cloth case. 199 [3] pp. Illustrated by Joe Mugnaini. A very fine example of the dust jacket with a slight fade to spine and very small chips to the spine tip extremities, spot on the fore-edge with a marginal stain to page 113, a minor paper flaw in the margin of page 173, corners lightly rubbed, a highly pleasing copy overall.
A fine signed copy of Ray Bradbury's classic 1953 dystopian novel. Following the title novel, two stories, The Playground and And the Rock Cried Out, are included at the end.
