The hinged mount with embossed decoration of trailing thistles inset with quartz to top. The front with an applied shield shaped cartouche with engraved initials MMJ in flourished cursive script. The interior with a gilt hinged drill pierced and engraved grill. With a suspension chain and finger ring.
