A five stone diamond and sapphire carved head style ring,
with an old European cut diamond, claw set to the centre. A circular old Swiss cut sapphire at each side and a cushion cut diamond at each end, all claw set to a carved head with chased shoulders and a plain shank. Tested as approximately 18ct gold. Head 19.20 x 5.80mm, 4.86g.
