A gold and silver, diamond and ruby, horseshoe ring,
a row of graduated alternating Swiss and eight cut diamonds, and circular mixed cut rubies, claw set in silver to the horseshoe-shaped head. Later mounted to split shoulders and a 'D' section shank. Tested as approximately 9ct gold, 3.07g.

One of the rubies at a slight angle in setting, but still secure.
