A gold ruby and diamond set Ballerina brooch, designed as a Ballerina in fifth position, with a ruby set tiara, a corset embellished with pavé eight cut diamonds, and a ruby and diamond set pierced tutu. With 'C' catch, pin and safety chain. Mount tested as approximately 14ct gold, 30mm x 68mm, 19.45g Provenance: Maurice 'Dick' Turpin, Barons Keep, London W14. Condition Report: Stones are all present. Some wear to the tips of the collets, however, the settings appear secure. The mount presents pits and areas of tarnish and it would benefit from being cleaned and polished. A few stones have chips to the table and crown facets.
