A gold sapphire and diamond carved head ring

A gold sapphire and diamond carved head ring,
with a cushion-shaped mixed cut sapphire, claw set to the centre. A trefoil cluster of cushion-shaped old Swiss cut diamonds, claw set to each side, with a scrolling carved head and plain shank. Tested as approximately 18ct gold. Head 15.7 x 8mm, 5.23g.
