Wear to spine and extremities, spine a bit sunned with a slight lean; and with, HODGSON, FRED T. Common-Sense Stair Building and Handrailing.Riverside, IL: The Radford Architectural Co., [1903]. Original green cloth boards gilt, rebound with modern red morocco spine and corners. Illustrations in text. Some evidence of wear to boards but very sound and presentable in its current binding, five volumes total, the lot sold as is.
