A group of five Chinese silk cheongsams
Early - mid 20th century
Comprising a turquoise cheongsam with geometric pattern, a brown silk brocade cheongsam, finely decorated with 'flower-balls' pattern, a black cheongsam embroidered with blue floral scrolls, a burgundy cheongsam finely decorated to the shoulders and sides with bamboo in golden metal thread, a black cheongsam with roundel design, width to the waist: 34 - 38cm, height: 105-128cm, (5).
