刘九洲，男，1939年生，河北霸州人。著名书画家，社会活动家。系中国农工民主党党员、农工吉林省省委委员、吉林省政协委员。现任中国书画研究会副会长、中国人才大学艺术顾问、中国社会经济文化交流中心理事、海峡两岸经济文化交流中心研究员、中国贫困地区文化促进会理事、中国国际书画院名人委员会副主任、九洲书画院院长、长春市见义勇为基金会副会长和社会科学院高级顾问等多职，职名日众。
Liu Jiuzhou, male, born in 1939, from Bazhou, Hebei Province. Famous painter, social activist. He is a member of the China Agricultural and Industrial Democratic Party, a member of the Jilin Provincial Committee of Agriculture and Industry, and a member of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He is currently vice president of the China Painting and Painting Research Association, artistic consultant of Chinese University, director of the China Center for Socio-Economic and Cultural Exchange, researcher of the Cross-Strait Center for Economic and Cultural Exchange, director of the China Association for the Promotion of Culture in Poor Areas, deputy director of the Celebrity Committee of the Chinese Academy of International Painting and Painting, president of the Jiuzhou Academy of Books and Painting, changchun City See Yiyong as vice president of the Foundation and senior adviser to the Academy of Social Sciences.
