DIAL: Hairlines at edge of center; Hairline from seconds bit to dial center. HANDS: Minute with bends. MOVEMENT PLATES: Very fine scratches on plate; Scattered spotting; A few specks of corrosion; Small spots of oxide on regulator; Dirty.
