19th century, later marked Edinburgh Assay Office, 2007,
decorated with fruiting vine and with a looped handle to either side, on a turned column support, platform base and paw feet, engraved with cartouche,

Condition report:
Heavily tarnished.
Dirt, scratches and marks to interior.
Finial bent.
Rim of lid misshapen.
Converted from a tea urn/samovar.
On closer inspection, this may have been made up of several different pieces, owing to the discrepancies in decorative motifs.
