Joseph Windmills, London, a late 17th century lantern clock, brass case with turned, tapered columns at the corners, ball feet and slender urn finials, top with engraved, fretted brass gallery fixed to the top plate, front and sides with plain cast frets, the top with brass bell strap and large bell, brass dial center with engraved bird, silvered chapter ring with roman numerals and single steel hand, 30 hour weight driven movement with verge escapement, bob pendulum, and count wheel striking

Condition Report: brass finish shows oxidation on side and back panels, right hand fret is slightly bent inwards and will need to be adjusted, the top right bell strap is separated from finial; dial and movement in good condition, escapement appears to operate when pressure applied, hammer needs adjustment, circa late 17th century
