A late 18th century French enamel scent etui, the blue ground decorated in white with flowerheads within a gilt trellis, the hinged top enclosing a faceted glass scent bottle and stopper, 6cm high, and another small 18th century enamel patch box, the cover decorated en grisaille with an urn and motto 'Life is Uncertain', 2.7cm wide.
