A late 19th century French engraved brass one-piece cased carriage alarm clock with eight day movement striking hours and half hours and repeating on a bell, the backplate stamped with 'B' in a circle maker's mark, possibly Jules Brunelot, the white enamel dial with black Roman hour numerals and subsidiary alarm dial, the foliate engraved case with bevelled glass panels, swing handle and bracket feet, height 17.5cm, with winding key.
