A late 19th century engraved brass cased repeating alarm carriage clock, with Russian retailer, height 13cm.

Dials good; case and engraving good;rear door glass with small chips to one corner; one door screw (needed to secure glass) thread worn and will eventually fail to secure door-glass; backplate numbered 675; has been wound and appears to have kept good time over some 24 hours, although not guaranteed; balance wheel without compensation features, perhaps a replacement; strike and repeat mechanisms working although out of synchronisation by one hour. Alarm not working. Service record unknown. No Russian aspect at all, as originally stated.
