A late 19th century silver and gold rose-cut diamond and pearl pendant. Pearl measuring approximately 10 by 8.2mms. Length 5.5cms. 14.5gms. Pearl untested.
Condition Report:
- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Glue residue visible to pearl setting.
- Diamonds fairly well matched.
- Diamonds fairly bright, some with nicks and chips to facets.
- Size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Pearl untested for natural origin.
- Pearl is a cream colour, with pink and green overtones, good lustre.
- Pearl is in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the terminal and few surface blemishes.
