Condition Report:
An elegant model that sits between Neoclassicism and the Regency style. The mahogany surface faded throughout, with some losses to cross-banded veneers, some old restorations and a replacement to the veneer around the keyhole of one frieze drawer. One drawer missing some sections of the boxwood stringing. The leather top with scratches, marks and variations to colour, as to be expected given the desk's use.
